The @One 4-step process helps you pause, reset and feel @-One with yourself & the world.

It does this by engaging your smart brain and developing stronger neural circuits there. This means feeling stressed is no longer the norm and you will feel more able to deal with everyday hassles.

The @One 4-Step process is simple and easy to execute. Use it at any time you feel out of sorts. It only takes 5 minutes to do.

Utilising the @One 4-Step process once a day for 90 days will change your brain so that the neural circuits in your smart brain will be the default. You can rewire your brain!

Step 1 – Describe

In Step 1 all you need to do is tick off some facts about your situation, where you are, who you are with and what is happening right now.

Step 2 - Identify

Learn about your working up process by identifying your thoughts, feelings, self-destructive behaviours and bodily reactions during the current situation.

Step 3: Choose

You are now facing a choice point. Either you can choose to stay stuck in your stress and insecure thoughts or you can move forward.

Step 4: Re-rate and self-motivate

This is what you are feeling right now after completing the 4-step @One process. There is no right or wrong answer. Acknowledge the values you demonstrated when you chose to move forward and utilise some key tools in the process.

The @One 4-Step process is based on the evidence-based theories of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Bias Modification (CBM). It has successfully been used clinically for over 20 years by Renee Mill.

The @One 4-Step process teaches you to think and behave constructively in the moment in response to anything that stresses you. Practice and repetition ensure new patterns of behaviour become your default.

Practice and repetition of the @One 4-step process over 90 times rewires your brain so that old habits disappear and new helpful ways of behaving and thinking become your norm.

The secret to lasting change is to utilise these 4- steps ongoing whenever you feel unbalanced – at least once a week plus whenever you feel out of sorts.
